How to Play
Goal of the game: Move your pawn from its starting edge to the opposite side of the board before your opponent does — while using walls to slow them down.
Setup
Each player places their pawn in the center space of their starting edge
(bottom player in the middle of the bottom row, top player in the middle of the top row).
Each player gets 10 walls in a 2-player game (or 5 walls each in a 4-player game).
Player Turn
On your turn, you must choose one action:
-
Move your pawn – Move one space up, down, left, or right.
If the opponent’s pawn is directly in front of you, you may jump over it (if the space behind is free). -
Place a wall – Put a wall between two spaces, either horizontally or vertically.
A wall must always leave at least one path to the goal for every player — you cannot block an opponent completely.
End of the Game
The first player to reach the row opposite their starting side wins the game.
Quick Tips
- Use your walls to force your opponent to take longer routes — but always leave a legal path.
- Control the center of the board to keep your movement options open.
- Don’t trap yourself with overly aggressive wall placements.
